Like so many others, we can get stuck in a cycle of unhealthy habits, and while recognising it is one thing, knowing where to start in order to get better can be incredibly daunting.

My philosophy is to keep things as simple as possible, and to help people find a sustainable approach to healthy eating.

“Redge & I had always wanted to prioritise our training and healthy eating but there were always different excuses why we couldn’t make the effort.

At the start of of 2023, we decided to commit to Lady’s nutrition 8 week program to help us kick start the year. As part of the nutrition program, we also made our own commitment to prioritise training at CrossFit consistently together, so we made a new year commitment to get to 4-5 sessions per week. The new year was a great time to start the program as we were feeling refreshed and motivated. Lady helped us with weekly meal plans that she tailored to our preferences and weekly schedules juggling work and kids. She picked easy, delicious nutritious options for us with a huge variety. She helped us understand our relationship with food from a young age and how those behaviours were shaping our choices as adults. The accountability we received for our eating and training helped set us up for the full year. Throughout the busier months and even during holidays, being part of Lady’s program helped us stay on track and change the way we viewed ourselves, our bodies, our eating and our training.
When life got in the way, we didn’t always make the right choices consistently, BUT working closely with Lady all year round has helped permanently change our perspective on training and food.

It’s been a game changer on so many fronts, especially as we come into our 40’s. Over the last 11 months, despite not following everything as strictly as we would’ve liked, we’ve been able to keep off 9kgs between us.

About me

My name is Lady and personally, I found a need to understand more about my own nutrition through an ongoing struggle with yo-yo dieting and forever trying to find a balance with the right food. I had always trained and remained active, but nutrition for me was a huge piece of the puzzle that I found so overwhelming.

I had to learn to break down the infinite amount of information, and piece it back together for my own circumstances. Due to the positive impact it had on my life, I soon realised I wanted to do this for others and see the positive impact it could also have on them.

I am a mum of three (13, 8, and 3 year olds), and live with my husband Mat who works full time. In addition to helping my clients with their nutrition, I run a CrossFit gym in Seven Hills called CrossFit 2147.  CrossFit has been a huge part of my life helping me both mentally and physically.
Helping people seek their full potential is a deep passion of mine and I have been privileged to have been able to work with people of all walks of life, that are going through different life stages and circumstances.
