About me.
My name is Lady and I am a Registered Nutritionist based in Sydney. I am an accredited Nutritionist, Sports Nutrition Advisor and Health and Wellness Coach, registered with the Nutrition Council Australia.
I am dedicated to helping my clients find consistency and sustainability with their nutrition in a way that fits in with their work commitments, family commitments and even social commitments.
Prior to taking on Nutrition, I have been a CrossFit coach and weightlifting coach for 10 years which is what sparked my interest in nutrition and sports performance.
I also have a passion in the psychology relating to food and why we eat the way we do. Personally coming from a cultural background where we grew up on processed food, I realised that this is where I had to ‘unlearn’ many habits before I could establish new ones.
While this can be an ongoing journey (like for us as a family of 5), I have grown to love and seek to understand more about what that journey involves and am committed to helping out as many others as I can along the way.
I have great love for health and fitness having competed in weightlifting and CrossFit over the last 10 years and understand just how important nutrition is for sport.
Prior to falling in love with the health and fitness industry, I spent my earlier career in the corporate realm, having worked for a large consulting firm within their marketing team, and in 2014, I took a leap and decided I wanted to dedicate all my time to helping people become fitter and healthier.
